In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Heat B-well Canola Oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
2. Prepare the Greek Mayonnaise:
In a small bowl, whisk together B-well Thick and Creamy Mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Assemble the Burger:
Toast the burger buns lightly.
Spread a generous amount of Greek mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of the buns.
Place a lamb patty on the bottom bun.
Top with crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onions, sliced cucumbers, lettuce leaves, and sliced tomatoes.
Place the top bun on the burger.
4. Serve:
Serve the Greek-style lamb burgers immediately, with extra Greek mayonnaise on the side if desired.
