Grilled Salmon Burger with

Herb and Lemon Mayonnaise

For the Grilled Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons B-well Canola Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

For the Herb and Lemon Mayo

  • 1/4 cup B-well Original Tangy Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup B-well Thick and Creamy Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, and basil), finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Assembly

  • 4 sesame burger buns
  • Fresh basil or other herbs for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Grilled Salmon:

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with B-well Canola Oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

2. Prepare the Herb and Lemon Mayonnaise:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together B-well Original Tangy Mayonnaise, B-well Thick and Creamy Mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Assemble the Burger:

  1. Toast the sesame burger buns lightly.
  2. Spread a generous amount of the herb and lemon mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of the buns.
  3. Place a grilled salmon fillet on the bottom bun.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil or other herbs and a slice of lemon on top of the salmon fillet.
  5. Place the top bun on the burger.

4. Serve:

  1. Serve the grilled salmon burgers immediately, with extra herb and lemon mayonnaise on the side if desired.
