2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, and basil), finely chopped

4 sesame burger buns
Fresh basil or other herbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Grilled Salmon:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with B-well Canola Oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
2. Prepare the Herb and Lemon Mayonnaise:
In a small bowl, mix together B-well Original Tangy Mayonnaise, B-well Thick and Creamy Mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Assemble the Burger:
Toast the sesame burger buns lightly.
Spread a generous amount of the herb and lemon mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of the buns.
Place a grilled salmon fillet on the bottom bun.
Garnish with fresh basil or other herbs and a slice of lemon on top of the salmon fillet.
Place the top bun on the burger.
4. Serve:
Serve the grilled salmon burgers immediately, with extra herb and lemon mayonnaise on the side if desired.
